1. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can. Simply drop us a mail and ask for cancellation. We refund your full payment.
If we already shipped your order, you will have to wait till you receive your order and send it back to us. When we have received it back, we refund your full payment minus freight cost.
Underwear returns can not be accepted because it makes a re-intake in the sales assortment for hygienic reasons impossible.
2. How much time do I have to revoke my order?
In any event you need to return your order to us not later than fourteen days from the date on which you received your order.
3. Can I exchange for another style/size?
yes, sure. Send it back to us. You pay the freight cost to us, we ship one time back for free. If after that, you still need another size, we charge for freight cost. (EU only, contact us for outside EU). Underwear returns can not be accepted because it makes a re-intake in the sales assortment for hygienic reasons impossible. (Contact us to clarify your size)
4. What should I do if my product is faulty or incorrectly delivered?
Please contact us briefly – ideally with photos or a description of the issue. We will then send you a DHL return label, so you can send the product back to us free of charge.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If a fault is found, we will replace the product free of charge.
If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a full refund.
Important: Please include the completed return form, which we will provide, with your return package.
5. How do I return an order?
Please include the completed return form or a copy of the invoice with the return. Be sure to note the reason for the return so we can correctly assign your return. Alternatively, you can also include a copy of the email or another written confirmation.
You are responsible for the return until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend sending the item with an insured and traceable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

For faulty or missing products, we will send you a free DHL return label.

For size exchanges, you will cover the return shipping cost, but we will send you the replacement item free of charge.

A refund will only be processed once we have received and inspected your return.

We only accept returns in the original condition in which they were sold.

For returns outside the EU: Please attach a copy of the invoice visible on the outside of the package to ensure smooth customs processing.

7. How do I get a refund?
You always get a refund with the same payment method. We try to refund within 48 hrs after receipt of your return.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your order is shipped, you get automatically a tracking number and you will be able to trace your order.
9. What happens if my order gets lost?
Your orders are insured by DHL and/or UPS and you will be 100% refunded. However, pls understand that we can only refund once DHL / UPS have confirmed lost of shipment. This can take a few weeks. The reason is, that sometimes it happens, that lost shipments re-appear and gets delivered. In this case, you would have been refunded and receive goods for free :-) But do not be afraid, we have less than 1% of lost shipments.
